Wellspring of Life Coaches, LLC

Welcome to Wellspring of Life Coaches, LLC. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Wellspring of Life Coaches website, programs, coaching services, digital resources, communities, and other products or services offered by Wellspring of Life Coaches, LLC (“Wellspring,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing our website, purchasing a product or service, enrolling in a coaching program, or otherwise using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not purchase or use our products or services.
1. Our Services
Wellspring of Life Coaches provides coaching, education, resources, programs, community experiences, and related services designed to support personal growth, wellness, lifestyle change, reflection, goal setting, and faith-centered personal development.
Specific coaching packages, programs, memberships, or other offerings may have additional terms, descriptions, time periods, deliverables, or requirements presented at the time of purchase or in a separate coaching agreement.
If you enroll in individual coaching, you may also be required to complete and sign a separate Coaching Agreement and related onboarding documents before coaching services begin. Those documents become part of your agreement with Wellspring for those services.
2. Coaching Relationship
Coaching is a collaborative process.
The Coach may help clients clarify goals, identify obstacles, explore values and priorities, develop strategies, consider possible courses of action, reflect on patterns and beliefs, and identify practical next steps.
The Client remains responsible for their own choices, decisions, actions, and results.
Successful coaching requires active participation. Clients are encouraged to attend scheduled sessions prepared and undistracted, participate honestly in the coaching process, and complete agreed-upon reflections or activities between sessions when applicable.
3. Coaching Is Not Medical or Mental Health Treatment
Wellspring coaching is educational and coaching-based in nature and is not a substitute for individualized medical care, diagnosis, treatment, psychotherapy, psychiatric care, nutritional treatment, legal advice, financial advice, or other licensed professional services.
Although Wellspring's founder has professional nursing education, experience, and credentials, services purchased through Wellspring as coaching services are provided within the coaching relationship and should not be understood as establishing a nurse-patient, physician-patient, therapist-patient, or other clinical treatment relationship unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
Information provided through coaching sessions, programs, courses, emails, websites, communities, workbooks, videos, or other Wellspring materials is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical or mental health condition.
You should consult an appropriately licensed healthcare or other qualified professional regarding questions or concerns that require individualized professional evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment.
Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking medical care because of information received through Wellspring.
If you believe you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, seek appropriate emergency assistance immediately.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase coaching services, memberships, programs, or other paid services from Wellspring unless Wellspring expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
By purchasing services, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
5. Purchases and Payment
Prices and payment options will be presented at the time of purchase.
Depending upon the offering, payment may be collected through Systeme.io, Stripe, PayPal, Moxie, or another authorized payment processor.
By submitting payment information, you authorize Wellspring and its applicable payment processor to charge the amount displayed at checkout according to the payment option you select.
If you choose an installment or payment plan, you remain responsible for all payments associated with that purchase according to the payment schedule presented at checkout or contained in your applicable coaching agreement.
Failure to make required payments may result in suspension or termination of access to coaching sessions, programs, communities, resources, or other services.
6. Refund Policy
Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing for a particular offer, payments made to Wellspring of Life Coaches, LLC for coaching services, programs, memberships, digital resources, and other services are non-refundable.
Purchasing coaching represents a commitment to the coaching process. Because coaching involves reserving professional time, preparation, resources, access, and availability, a change in circumstances or decision not to participate does not automatically create a right to a refund.
If you are dissatisfied with your coaching experience, please communicate your concerns with Wellspring promptly so there is an opportunity to discuss the concern and, when appropriate, adjust the coaching approach.
Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to limit any cancellation, refund, or other consumer right that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
If a particular offer includes a different refund or cancellation policy, the policy presented with that offer will control for that purchase.
7. Coaching Appointments, Cancellations, and Rescheduling
Individual coaching sessions are scheduled in advance at mutually agreed-upon dates and times or through Wellspring's designated scheduling system.
Clients should provide at least 24 hours' notice when requesting to cancel or reschedule a coaching session.
A missed appointment or cancellation made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may result in forfeiture of that session.
A particular session may generally be rescheduled once.
Wellspring understands that emergencies and unexpected circumstances occur. Exceptions may be considered at Wellspring's discretion.
Wellspring also reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a coaching session when necessary and will provide as much notice as reasonably possible.
8. No Guarantee of Results
Every individual and situation is different.
Wellspring does not promise or guarantee any particular personal, professional, emotional, spiritual, health, wellness, relationship, financial, business, or other outcome from coaching, programs, resources, memberships, or other services.
Coaching can provide support, education, reflection, accountability, and tools for change, but the Client is ultimately responsible for implementing decisions and taking action.
Testimonials, reviews, examples, or experiences shared by other clients represent individual experiences and are not guarantees that you will achieve the same or similar results.
9. Faith-Based Content
Wellspring of Life Coaches is a Christian faith-based business, and our coaching, courses, community discussions, educational materials, emails, and other resources may incorporate Christian beliefs, biblical principles, Scripture, prayer, and faith-centered reflection.
Participation is voluntary, and clients remain responsible for determining whether particular spiritual practices, teachings, recommendations, or resources are appropriate for them.
Faith-based coaching is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or other licensed professional services.
10. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all Wellspring materials- including but not limited to workbooks, worksheets, courses, videos, recordings, presentations, frameworks, exercises, graphics, written content, downloads, coaching materials, logos, program names, and other original resources- are owned by or licensed to Wellspring of Life Coaches, LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Your purchase gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the materials provided to you for your own personal use.
You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, share, teach from, upload, sublicense, modify for commercial use, or otherwise make Wellspring materials available to others without prior written permission from Wellspring of Life Coaches, LLC.
Purchasing a program or resource does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property to you.
11. Community and Membership Access
Certain coaching packages or purchases may include access to a Wellspring community, including Sacred Season Sisters, or another membership or online community.
Complimentary community access provided as part of a coaching package is a benefit associated with that package and does not constitute a cash-equivalent benefit.
Community members are expected to interact respectfully and protect the privacy of other members.
You may not copy, record, screenshot, distribute, or publicly share another member's personal story, post, image, comment, or other private community content without that person's permission.
Wellspring reserves the right to remove content or revoke community access for conduct that is abusive, threatening, harassing, disruptive, unlawful, exploitative, or inconsistent with the purpose and safety of the community.
Additional community rules may also apply.
12. Third-Party Platforms and Services
Wellspring may use third-party platforms and services to provide its offerings, including payment processors, scheduling systems, video conferencing platforms, email providers, community platforms, course platforms, and other technology providers.
Wellspring may also provide links to third-party websites, resources, products, or services that we believe may be useful.
A link, reference, recommendation, or resource does not necessarily constitute a guarantee or endorsement of the third party's products, services, accuracy, availability, or practices.
Your use of third-party platforms may also be subject to the third party's own terms and privacy policies.
13. Affiliate Links and Recommendations
From time to time, Wellspring may recommend products, services, programs, books, resources, or other offerings through affiliate links.
If you make a purchase through an affiliate link, Wellspring may receive a commission or other compensation at no additional cost to you.
Affiliate relationships do not change your responsibility to determine whether a particular product or service is appropriate for you.
14. Testimonials and Reviews
Wellspring appreciates client feedback, testimonials, and reviews.
We will handle testimonials and other client information in accordance with applicable privacy requirements and any permissions or authorizations required for their use.
Submitting feedback privately does not automatically authorize Wellspring to disclose confidential health information or other information protected by applicable law.
When specific permission or authorization is legally required to publish identifying or protected information, Wellspring will obtain that permission before publication.
15. Confidentiality and Privacy
Wellspring respects the privacy and confidentiality of its clients.
Individual coaching clients may receive additional confidentiality and privacy documentation as part of the onboarding process.
Information about how Wellspring collects, uses, stores, and otherwise processes personal information through its website and services is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Please review the Privacy Policy before providing personal information.
16. Electronic Communications
By purchasing a service or providing your contact information in connection with a purchase, you consent to receive communications reasonably necessary to administer that purchase or service, including receipts, onboarding information, scheduling communications, coaching-related messages, account notices, and other service communications.
Purchasing a product or service does not automatically enroll you in Wellspring's general marketing email list.
If you separately choose to subscribe to Wellspring marketing emails, newsletters, or promotional communications, you may unsubscribe from those communications using the unsubscribe option provided in those emails.
Unsubscribing from marketing communications does not prevent Wellspring from sending communications necessary to administer an active purchase, account, membership, or coaching relationship.
17. Personal Responsibility and Assumption of Risk
You understand that personal growth and lifestyle change may involve emotional reflection, changes in routines, experimentation with new behaviors, and consideration of difficult subjects.
You voluntarily choose whether and how to implement information, suggestions, exercises, or strategies discussed through Wellspring services.
You are responsible for evaluating your own circumstances and obtaining appropriate professional guidance when needed.
You agree not to disregard the advice of appropriately licensed professionals based solely upon information received through Wellspring coaching or educational materials.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Wellspring of Life Coaches, LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the website, coaching services, programs, memberships, digital resources, or other Wellspring offerings.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Individual coaching clients may also be asked to review and sign a separate assumption-of-risk or liability document as part of the coaching onboarding process.
19. Termination of Services
Wellspring of Life Coaches, LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate services or access when a client:

fails to make required payments;

materially violates these Terms or an applicable coaching agreement;

engages in abusive, threatening, harassing, dangerous, or unlawful behavior;

misuses Wellspring intellectual property or community resources; or
-
creates circumstances in which Wellspring reasonably determines that continuing the coaching or service relationship is inappropriate.
Individual coaching relationships may also be terminated according to the provisions contained in the applicable Coaching Agreement.
Any payment or refund obligation following termination will be determined according to the applicable purchase terms, Coaching Agreement, and governing law.
20. Website Information
Wellspring of Life Coaches, LLC makes reasonable efforts to provide useful and accurate information, but website content is provided for general informational and educational purposes.
Information may be updated, changed, corrected, or removed without notice.
Wellspring does not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free of technical problems.
21. Privacy Policy
Your use of our website and services is also subject to the Wellspring of Life Coaches, LLC Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains how personal information may be collected, used, disclosed, and protected.
Where appropriate, a link to the current Privacy Policy will be provided on the Wellspring website and applicable checkout pages.
22. Changes to These Terms
Wellspring of Life Coaches, LLC may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, technology, or applicable requirements.
The updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
Changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law.
Terms applicable to an existing coaching relationship may also be governed by the Coaching Agreement signed by the Client.
23. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
To the extent permitted by applicable law and unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise, disputes arising from these Terms or Wellspring of Life Coaches, LLC services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate state or federal courts located in Indiana.
Individual coaching agreements may contain more specific provisions concerning governing law, jurisdiction, dispute resolution, or venue.
24. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
25. Entire Agreement and Additional Terms
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable checkout terms, Coaching Agreement, Statement of Work, membership terms, confidentiality agreement, consent, release, or other written agreement applicable to a particular service, constitute the terms governing your relationship with Wellspring of Life Coaches, LLC for that service.
If a specific written agreement contains terms that conflict with these general website Terms, the more specific agreement will control with respect to the applicable service or purchase.
