This is what you get when you hire me:
Pillar #1- Plan (Month 1) This includes a 90 minute Deep-dive into your current season of life, relationship with Christ, professional and/or personal goals, health and wellness habits, and daily priorities, to create a clear picture of where you are now, what you truly desire for your next season, and the obstacles standing in your way of living in alignment with God’s calling. Then, together, we’ll craft a personalized plan of action so you can confidently step into your next season when the only question left is, "What now… God?
Pillar #2- Training (First 12 Weeks)
This includes access to live training via Zoom. You need to execute the plan we made above so you successfully begin living out your next season with clarity, purpose, and the practical tools to sustain lasting change. You will complete your training in 12 weeks. But you will retain access to the training to review and repeat for the entire 12-month term.
Pillar #3 - Coaching (Months 1–12)

- 1:1 Coaching: via Zoom, three times per month for the first 3 months (9 total). The initial session is 90 minutes with the following eight sessions being 45 minutes in length. Sessions follow three weeks on, one week off structure to ensure sustainable progress and integration of new habits.

- This includes direct access to me to ask questions via text or email for the entire 12-month term. I will respond within 24 hours, Monday–Friday, unless I’m out of the office.

- Office Hours: Live group Zoom office hours 2×/week to review your key actions; help execute them and remove roadblocks.

- Community Access (Skool): Lifetime access to my private Skool community, resources, and group sessions (recordings provided).

- This means, you are never by yourself and lost in the weeds when it comes to taking consistent daily action toward the life God is calling you to live.

Communication & Support
