Welcome! Here you’ll find podcasts and interviews I’ve been featured on: conversations about faith, family, motherhood, nursing, coaching, and the journey of rebuilding a life with more peace, purpose, and freedom. Some of these episodes include my personal story and family experiences, including difficult seasons we’ve walked through. My hope is that these conversations offer encouragement, wisdom, and hope for anyone navigating healing, growth, and a fresh start. Each episode is a little different, but they’re all rooted in real life and real hope.
Have you ever caught your reflection and thought, I don't even recognize her anymore? In this episode of this Christian podcast for women, Anna sits down with holistic nurse coach Mandy Horne to talk about the sacred and often disorienting season of midlife transition. Mandy, founder of Wellspring of Life Coaches, brings 25 years of nursing wisdom and her own empty-nest, caregiving journey to unpack why so many of us feel caught between who we were and who God is calling us to become. Together, they talk hormone shifts, "peace leaks," and the one faithful next step that changes everything. If you've been telling yourself "everything's fine, but…" — this conversation is your permission slip to stop settling for fine.

Mandy Horne was 19 years old, and she could not finish a sentence without gasping for air. For over a year her doctor told her it was asthma. It was not asthma. A new doctor, one week into his first practice, listened to her chest and said he did not need a stethoscope to hear the murmur. Her father carried her into the cardiologist's office because she could no longer walk in on her own. She was in heart failure. Six weeks in hospital. Three open heart surgeries. She went on to spend more than twenty five years as a nurse, taking care of everybody else. Then COVID came, and she found herself asking the question that now her clients are asking: What Now, God? In this episode of TodayPLANTomorrow, Aunty Foluke sits down with Mandy, now a Board Certified Holistic Nurse Coach and the founder of Wellspring of Life Coaches, to talk about the seasons that empty you out. Burnout. Caregiving. Hormones. The house going quiet when the last one leaves.

In this episode of Forgiveness Is for YOU, my guest, Mandy Horne shares how a medical crisis became the turning point that exposed an abusive relationship, revealed unexpected protection, and opened the door to a new calling in nursing.
While recovering in the ICU, Mandy experienced both betrayal and God's grace through family, friends, strangers, and quiet moments where Christ made His presence known. We talk about how trauma clarifies truth, how forgiveness does not require denial, and how freedom often begins when we listen to what pain is teaching us.
This episode is for anyone who has faced illness, emotional abuse, or family dysfunction and wondered whether healing and purpose were still possible on the other side

I had the joy of joining Carrie for a conversation about discerning God’s call in a new season, especially when He doesn’t show us the whole path at once.
We talked about recognizing God’s guidance in uncertainty, taking the next faithful step, leaning on prayer, Scripture, community, and wise counsel, and making room for both grief and joy during seasons of transition.
We also talked about how abiding in Christ helps us recognize His voice when fear and uncertainty get loud.
And a little disclaimer if you watch the YouTube version… 😂 I’m not quite sure why the playback seems so fast, I promise I do not actually talk that fast!
If you’re in a season of asking, “What now, God?” I pray this conversation encourages you to trust Him even when you can only see the next step. 💜
